Practice-oriented forms of training for the formation of professionally-oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers in pedagogical colleges
The article is devoted to effective forms of education for the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers in pedagogical colleges. The form of organization of training is a certain structural and organizational construction of the training session depending on its didactic purpose, content and features of the subjects and objects of training.
Thus, the effective forms for the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers in pedagogical colleges are theoretical (different types of lectures), practical (seminars, independent work) and practically oriented (training) ones of education, which during the experimental work are used in the prescribed manner taking into account the fact that they are an external expression of the coordinated activities of the teacher and students of the pedagogical college.
Practically oriented forms of education that contribute to the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers in pedagogical colleges, in particular, role games, trainings, practical classes are considered.
It is stated that communicative and rhetorical tasks are an integral part of the pedagogical process, the pedagogical reality through which the future
teacher learns to manage the educational process. They have all the advantages and disadvantages of the educational process, so they form the experience of pedagogical activity in students of pedagogical colleges. The essence of any communicative and rhetorical task is the presence of contradictions, their development and solution.
Comics are proposed as a new form of work in the classroom which varies it creating tasks, taking into account the hobbies of students of pedagogical colleges. Comics is a synthetic art form, a modern media that combines book graphics, cinema and literature. Comics can be considered as an innovative form of learning that can be used at different levels, stages of learning.
Having analyzed the practically oriented forms of education in pedagogical colleges, each teacher will be able to design and implement an individual educational trajectory depending on the level of personal, professional and rhetorical development of the student.
