Pedagogical conditions of students’ self work organization in the foreign languages teaching process
The article emphasizes on the importance of improving the quality of foreign languages teachers’ professional training in the context of strategic priorities choosing in the practice of higher education reforming. At the same time, the principle of education individualization becomes fundamental. The main objective of the individual approach is to provide the pedagogical conditions in which students-philologists can improve their pedagogical skills effectively. In order to be a competitive specialist a foreign language teacher needs to possess the range of competencies. The current rapid pace of life makes it necessary to make the learning process easier and faster, but more efficient at the same time. To improve the efficiency of learning, students should be more independent in choosing innovative methods and technologies of foreign languages teaching. In the current conditions of the education and science development, there is a need to prepare a new generation of teachers, in particular foreign language teachers who seek to apply creative learning technologies, constant professional growth, to create effective pedagogical conditions for the formation and comprehensive harmonious development of each individual.
In the article it is considered the multilateral problem of raising the foreign languages teaching effectiveness in the conditions of the implementation process tendencies growth of the future foreign languages teachers’ self work to the pedagogical higher education establishments.
It is exposed the main methodological aspects of the defined process and key points that must be put into the basis of foreign languages teaching at the higher education establishments. The scientific novelty of the investigation is to define the pedagogical conditions of students’ self work in the process of foreign languages teaching.
